IMG Freight Inc. is one of the fastest-growing truck based shipping companies in Chicago. Our company's ideals are strongly based on consistency, reliability, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. Our company offers five different services; including, Solo Drivers, Team Drivers, Owner Operators, Lease to Purchase, and Standard Lease options. The beliefs of the company also depend on happy and reliable carriers. .
• Service First Approach: IMG Freight Inc. is engaged in activities that reveal that we are proactive, rather than reactive. Our company strives to provide a better freight experience for our customers. We are open to new ideas whenever we need to troubleshoot any sort of issues faced by the customers. We only believe in making changes if it has a long term solution.
• Reliable Carriers: Reliable carriers can decide whether a truck shipping company would last long in the future. In our case, we have that added advantage as we choose to take the most capable carriers for the job. Although the basis of our company depends mostly on customer satisfaction, we have to admit that without our carriers, we would not have a strong business.
• Transparency: Last, but not least, we maintain transparent communication with our customers, carriers, and business partners. If there is any sort of complication or management issue, we communicate openly for troubleshooting ideas. Our goals are clearly stated with all the parties of the ecosystem; including, the customers, the carriers, and the vendors. Therefore, it is easier for us to finish our tasks and ship more efficiently. This intern also allows us to take less time for us to provide services to our customers.
